Oladipupo has been active in the commodity sector for more than 10 years, driving the origination and execution of physical energy and energy derivatives related transactions between various corporate and institutional clients in Europe and Africa. He holds a first degree in Computer Systems and Electronics Engineering  from Kings College in London and a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the Cass Business School, City University, London. Oladipupo is currently a Managing Partner at Amicus Commodities DMCC. Prior to co-founding Amicus Commodities, Oladipupo built the physical and derivatives transactions business focused on corporates, hedge funds and banks for Mariana Capital. Prior to this, he was the Head of Commodities for Stonehedge Partners where he originated and executed physical commodity and commodity derivatives related transactions. Prior to his role at Stonehedge, Oladipupo was the Head of Energy Commodities at Market Securities (part of Kyte Group) where he managed a team of 6 brokers covering European, GCC and African clients. Oladipupo has also held various roles at JP Morgan / RBS Sempra, Natixis and DM Partners where he focused on providing efficient hedging solutions to corporate clients, selling the banks commodity derivatives products to European and US hedge funds and originating European CLOs through interacting with various European collateral managers. Oladipupo has deep experience in CDO structuring and marketing and has originated European CLOs through interacting with various European collateral managers.
